I specialize in Ophthalmology. I became a healthcare provider because I sought work that was meaningful and helpful to other people; that would be stimulating, challenging and creative. In particular, I enjoy working with children. My patients can count on me to provide extraordinary care because I like working with others and seeking the best outcomes for my patients. I never cut corners and I keep up on changing methods in my field in healthcare. Patient comfort is a high priority of mine. My little something extra: I use magic tricks to dazzle, distract, and comfort my patients!

    Excellent service, courtesy, and professional attention. I felt very comfortable with my daughter and family. It's definitely a place to recommend. By the way, we loved the doctor's magic trick; it amazed us, even though we didn't say so.

    Absolutely awesome. Didn't just listen ed to my concerns but listened to my granddaughter and made her a part of the conversation. He readily disposed of her fears and made her feel most comfortable

    Dr. Balkan and his team were very respectful & polite to me and my grandson. He was precise & straight to the point.
