The provider is always on point. When we arrive for an infusion appt we wait 2 hours for medication and everyone blames someone else instead of taking the blame or try to figure out who should be contacted so my child does not have to wait so long to get the medication and infusion to start. This is not the first time this has happened, we have infusions every 6 months. Ever since lcmc and manning runs children's everything has gone downhill.

Dr. Gomez was great. This was our first visit with him and he was very knowledgeable and comforting so far. But LCMC as a whole, in terms of scheduling and responsiveness, has been very disorganized. And so hopefully it'll improve going forward, but there have been issues in terms of calling back to get, you know, test results, that type of thing, or explanations regarding test results have been difficult. So hopefully that will improve going forward. Thank you.

We were, well, our child was sick and we had to reschedule. And I think the closest reschedule was about six months out. And Dr. Gomez's office was really quick to put us into a way more accommodating schedule. So we really appreciated that. We didn't have to wait the six months. I think we waited like two weeks and we were back in the office. So we really appreciate that and really appreciate everybody at the clinic. Thank you so much.

I am so grateful for Dr. Gomez and all of the endocrinologist staff at Children's Hospital. They have made what would have been a very scary situation more comfortable and easier to bear with their patients, their knowledge, and their understanding. I'm so grateful to have the team at Children's on my side to help take care of my son. Thank you.
