I thought the provider was very, very nice. The nurse was wonderful that did [patient name's] pre-screening and then when the doctor came in, she was just equally nice and very patient and just wonderful with children, you can tell. But also, I just like the fact that she explained things very well because, you know, vision was, you know, not something we normally are up against. But anyway, I really did enjoy the visit and I will definitely recommend her.

It was a great experience. My only feedback would be it took too long for a child with special needs autism. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We are VERY happy with our eye clinic visit. They were very accommodating. My son is temporarily in a wheelchair. I appreciate that they went that extra mile for us.

Dr. Weil is a phenomenal provider. She listened to our concerns about our child's eye care and furthermore, gave us information on preventative measures to make sure that his care was sustained. And she also got us in touch with a genealogy. who further assisted us with any possible problems that we could prevent in the future. Her team is wonderful and they all are very supportive.

Dr. Natalie Weil is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable as well as professional. After a horrible vehicle accident, I was left with double vision. She was able to perform eye muscle surgery and restore my vision. We are so very thankful to her!!!

I had my appointment for 3:30 in the afternoon, and they say that they had called for the appointment hours before, like for 12:30, something that nobody told me.

I really enjoy going to New Orleans to my baby ophthalmologist. When I say those people are so great, they're patient, very respectable, and have manners, take their time out with you. When I say don't rush, just make you feel comfortable and make you feel at home. When I say I wouldn't mind going there, I don't mind going there. If I decide to leave out of Louisiana, they still going to be the eye doctor I choose to go to for my child.

I put zero when I meant to press 10, but she was very thorough and very informative and was able to get us in there in a timely manner, as well as explain all the care that needed to take place for my child. And I would definitely recommend her.
