The problem is the scheduling. I was told by my child's pcp when I made the appointment to make sure it was for the North shore office. When I called to make his appointment I specifically asked to be seen at the north shore office. She assured me it was scheduled there and proceeded to give me the north shore address and I asked her to spell it bc it sounded like she said Peastone blvd but after spelling it was Keystone blvd. When I went to check my son in they told me his appointment was made for the south shore office after all the reassuring when scheduling the appointment. I explained to the lady that was checking him in that I specifically was asked to be schedule for the north-shore she was persistent that it was not. I went above and beyond to insure my child was to be seen at the northshore clinic and was treated as it was my fault. There is a major miscommunication problem with scheduling.

My language is Spanish, and I hope you will translate this. The care I received at the hospital was excellent, and I was seen very quickly. I am grateful because, despite not speaking the same language, or even being of the same race or nationality, I thank you for the wonderful care you provided to me and my son, and to the kind people who attended to us. Thank you, may God always bless you, and thank you for not discriminating against anyone, regardless of their origin or race. We received excellent care, and I give you a 10 out of 10, or a thousand out of a thousand.
