Dr. Sonenklar was extremely professional and kind and patient. I felt like she took the time to listen to everything we had to say and put it all together and then explain her thoughts and her plan. And even in her response to our lab results in the portal, she was very kind and explained everything very well and was professional and we appreciate it so very much.

The doctor and the staff were awesome. They were very attentive to my child. The guy who drove the blood, he's an African-American man, he was so gentle and patient with my two-year-old. I so appreciate him because everyone else needs at least four people to hold her down. He was able to distract her. I definitely appreciate y'all so much.
