This was our first visit to Children's Hospital and I was very impressed at how clean and modern and pleasant the facilities were and how pleasant the staff was. It all felt very professional. I was especially taken with the person that I communicated with in scheduling the visit and questions about the visit was also in the room with the doctor. I guess he was a nurse and also scheduled our follow-up visit. I really liked that it felt personal and not like we were just a number or a cog in the machine.
