We checked in at 830 for an 845 appointment and we're not seen until after 930. I made the check in desk aware 3 times that we were still waiting and asked if we were appropriately checked in the 1st time I was told if I wasn't called back in the next 10-15 minutes let them know. The 2nd time I was told they would let the clinic know. The 3rd time someone actually picked up the phone and called the clinic. 10 minutes later we were called to the back. No one addressed the fact that we waited 45 minutes past our appointment time. No explanation was given To sit in the waiting room with an infant for 45 minutes and watch every person in the waiting room be called before you, even though they arrived 45 minutes after you, without so much as an explanation or an I'm sorry for the wait is unacceptable

Overall, she takes her time. She helps you when you don't know. She listens. And she walks down the road with you. That's what I want to say. So she's a stepper. She takes them baby steps with you. Pretty good doctor. My baby graduated. Dr. Howell, last visit. But yeah, good NICU doctor. Love it.

We absolutely love the NICU follow up team. Because of [patient name's] medical complexity, it is extremely nice to have a team of healthcare professionals to answers questions and provide direct care. [Patient name] is an established patient because of the attentiveness, detailed knowledge and partnership of other specialities. Sometimes we need a bright smile on a hard day! Thank you team for all that you do!
