He is a very great provider. He was my provider when I was a child and he's awesome.

They were really patient with her. They made sure they gave her her vaccinations, asked me if I want the flu shot vaccination. Very helpful.

Nurse practitioner Matt has been seeing my children their entire lives. I have a 22-year-old as the oldest, the youngest, just turned 17. He's amazing. He's thorough. He always listens and gives you the opportunity to ask the questions that you need. He explains it, any answer that he has for us very well. He's amazing.

Is the best place a ever see

The wait time to see the provide was extremely long. We were about to leave and reschedule.

Everyone is so nice when we go arabella love to see everyone she even forgive the nurses when she get a shot and give them a big hug

The only thing about my provider, the only problem I had was I did not receive my medicine that day. I don't know if it was the provider's responsibility or the nurse, but my child's antibiotic was not sent to the pharmacy. I had to call after hours, numbers, and wait an hour and a day to get my child's medicine.

Everything is fine, the service is good, and if you need a translator, they provide one without problems; they treat you without discrimination or treating you as less or more than others.

The doctor and nursing staff had so much patience with us. It was really appreciated. The office staff was also super nice and helpful.

I love Biopediatrics. We have been using them for years, but I recently found out that y'all will no longer be accepting my insurance, so I will have to pick another provider. I'm very sorry to hear that.

Sometimes he says stuff that I think is somewhat inappropriate and he has a arrogant attitude

Dr Matt is always great and friendly..quick in and out for wellness check ups..the problem is had was with the first nurse we saw..we first were forgot about in the waiting room but was fixed timely and wasn't a big deal..the nurse called us to the back and was extremely rude and unfriendly.. had a mad face like we were bothering her by being there.. then she weighed and took height of child and never spoke to us the entire time..I asked what the weight was because usually the nurse would tell me.. she said the weight in kilograms.. which I don't know what that even means but I didn't feel comfortable asking because again she seems annoyed with us.. after being put in a room she spoke very fast that I could barely understand her and then she rushed out of the room leaving us in confusion..a different nurse came in and was very friendly and took us to a different room and finished the exam and it was a way better experience from there. Dr matt was great and apologized for the misunderstanding at the check in and we were in and out quickly.

My kids have been going here since 2005, we love it here

Dr. Matt is a great doctor. My kid's been going there since birth and I have had no complaints whatsoever. Staffing is great. A1C, I highly recommend.

Hello, I'm [parent name]. He's an excellent doctor. I like him. He treats me well. He's good. I like him. He's friendly and attentive. A 10 for everyone.

That doctor is very good, the thing is, I don't know if that day, he was having a little bad day, but he had a somewhat arrogant attitude with the same child. And then he somehow changed it and it seemed like fake, like it wasn't genuine. But nothing, he treated him well, he gave me the information. The only thing that one of the information wrote on the paper of the stretcher, but it was very unprofessional because you can bring a paper and write it and give it to me, you don't have one, write it on the stretcher, the paper of the stretcher and that I have a photo of it, I saw all that as very unprofessional, that's all.

Everything was great besides they didn't contact me with results on my child's X-rays.

Fast in and out helpful

Bayouside peds will always be the best! Kidmed appointments can be scary because my kids are nervous about the shots. Shout out to Dr Matt for always having that calm voice and letting them feel heard when they have a question or just making sure they are comfortable! In fact any Dr in the office we will see because of their attitudes! They all always make sure you understand and feel comfortable with any plans/treatments. We do miss Mr Albert Totina but he left us in good hands with the dr's there. Forever grateful for the entire team!

Hebert didn't seem to hear what was happening in her. He assumed by her age it couldn't be the problem. I will not let my grandchildren see him again.

He listens to every concern and explains everything thoroughly. Asked if I had any questions on anything that went on during her visit. He is amazing with both of my girls

I can say that it is a good team, providing the best possible service. I have had my child with them since he was a baby. The only detail is that when they are sick, they never have time to care for them. I call and they tell me to call back later.

Dr. Hebert was friendly, professional, open to questions & provided answers. The only thing was it was hot in the room because the AC was broken. Given how hot it was outside with the heat advisory that day, that was something that could've certainly affected the visit. With that being said, it was a nice visit with a nice provider under the circumstances. I had more questions that I couldn't think of at the time but I'm sure he would have answered them adequately.

Being referred to a few different specialists has been a struggle but the nurses have been great assisting with the process.

I met him first with my daughter on June 26th and I have to admit he actually cared about my kids health an offered to actually anything I fill she needed to be recommended to that he could help he would when I first started there I really didn't like the dr we seen before he didn't care at all but when we met dr hebert he changed my mind about that place an I really like him

I had concerns about my daughter possibly having Eczema and Doctor Matthew Herbert did not examine her skin. When I described what has been going on with her he stated to me that "It's normal". He did not show care or concern for what I had to say. My time was wasted completely.

The service was excellent, with respect, seriousness, and professionalism. My baby was well cared for and examined, taking care of every detail.They also asked me about my questions and more. Good service.
