I had no bad comments about the provider or her staff, but I did have an issue with the lady on the first floor at the receptionist desk. She was very rude and not polite at all.

NP Rucker was very attentive and definitely was able to relate to our conundrum with our son's school document requests, his actual needs, & LCMC policy. She was able to get the document situation resolved and our son is having a blast at school. Thanks NP Rucker! You have reflected great credit upon yourself, LCMC, and pediatric care as a whole.

She was very caring and concerned. She also shared her experience with her own personal experience with Tourette syndrome. So very informational. She was the best.
