The entire staff was amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. [nurse] went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of he was friendly, welcoming, and very kind. [staff member], who performed my daughter's hearing test, was so sweet and gentle with her, making the experience easy and stress free. Kelly, the NP, was also outstanding. She made sure we fully understood the results and the upcoming surgery, taking time to answer questions and provide all the information we needed. Thank you to this entire team for such compassionate, patient-centered care!
