About Kelly Gajewski

Dr. Kelly Gajewski is a Pediatric Electrophysiologist and is the Program Director of the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program at the Children's Hospital New Orleans. With more than 15 years of experience, Dr. Gajewski serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and Director of the Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship Program at LSU Health New Orleans. Dr. Gajewski earned her medical degree and completed her residency training at Johns Hopkins University of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. She then completed two fellowships at the Medical University of South Carolina in Pediatric Cardiology and Pediatric Electrophysiology. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatric Cardiology. Dr. Gajewski joined Children's Hospital New Orleans in late 2009. Her clinical interests include arrhythmia and pacemaker management, syncope, and channelopathies. When speaking on why she values the physician/patient relationships Dr. Gajewski said, "Parents are just as important as the physicians in their children's healthcare journey."
