The nurses are very friendly. They've gotten me water before whenever I was flustered. They are just very helpful and kind. Dr. Ortenberg is also very kind. He reads the room and responds appropriately. That's all.

Dr. Ortenberg was fantastic at calming the nerves of my husband and I while taking care of our child. He made sure to come and speak to us directly and explain to us what results we were looking at when we were told there was another issue we needed to take a look at, which just showed he was very conscious of our anxiety and wanted to make sure we felt good while he was treating our child, which we really truly appreciate.

He was very thorough and took his time explaining everything he is going to do to help my child. He answered all my questions.
