Excellent MD. Very informative, kind, thorough. Explained in detail and provided choices. Spoke to my son and to me. I intended to keep this HFU and consider surgery in another system with surgeons I've worked with, know, and love. Because of the doctor's excellence in communication and patient/family experience, I've decided to remain with LCMC for my son's care. That's the greatest compliment I can provide!

All of the staff was extremely friendly. We got in in a timely manner and he was excellent. He not only talked to me, but he talked to my child, and he was able to explain things in a way that she was able to understand and feel comfortable with. He gave us all of our options and gave us time to make our choice. He is a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Gonzales was very kind and explained my child's condition. He listened to me and my child's concerns. He also explained alternatives and made sure we had all of our questions answered. He even explained the MRI images. We never felt rushed.

Rushed in and out. I asked him to come back in because I had some concerns, I felt like the way were dismissed and he walked back off. He is not our normal doctor, and I am so thankful, because our experience was subpar. I would not have felt comfortable letting him operate on my child. I was thankful he worked us in for a recasting appointment that day since our regular doctor was out. But I was also upset that we drove 4 hours one direction to see a doctor who dismissed our concerns one week post-op

I owe nothing but everything I have is positive about this facility. I rate everything to the highest.

I came back in recently to get a copy of the after visit summary and the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. I provided the appropriate paperwork to verify who I was and as one girl tried to help me the other two spoke to her and about me rudely. Stating I could be anyone and I could be getting anyone's paperwork. I may not return to this office.

Dr. Gonzales has always been great with my son. He is super nice, always explain details very well, and always listen to my concerns about my son's feet.

Dr spoke with my daughter and asked her what was going on. I appreciated this because children need to be able to tell a Dr what is wrong and not always rely on their parent. This helps them grow into productive adults
