Dr. D’Souza is double board certified in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology as well as General Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology, and cares for pediatric patients aged 0-21 years. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She then completed Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and additionally a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship at Lurie Children’s Hospital at Northwestern University in Chicago. She has a subspecialty interest in Pediatric Head and Neck Masses, including submandibular and parotid gland neoplasms, cancers of the head and neck, vascular anomalies, and pediatric thyroid and parathyroid surgery. She is the Surgical Director for the Multidisciplinary Pediatric Thyroid Center at the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans. She sees patients at the Children’s Hospital Main Campus, the Ridgelake Campus in Metairie, and the Northshore Campus in Covington.

Dr. Jill D'Souza did a great job! She explained the procedure first . Then she answered our questions. When she preformed the procedure she was very careful and took her time to make sure nothing was hurting in her ear. Thank you for handling your patients with care!

She was truly amazing, especially with my child who is autistic & he will put up a fight for everything. Her patience was amazing & she was so encouraging. We absolutely loved her! She answered every question I had & gave me so much peace! Highly highly recommend!

Love Dr.D'Souza. She was great with our daughter who had been having neck pain from a swollen lymph node for a year and a half. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything to my daughter and us in a caring manner. She works great with teens and listened to our daughter.

We've been seeing this doctor for quite a few years. She's always been professional, caring. She recognizes the child when we walk in. She remembers things we talked about, and it's been maybe six months since she's seen him last. So we're very happy with her and her staff. We've not had any issues with anybody. They've all been very sweet and kind and treat us with respect. Thank you.
