About Jessica Zagory

I specialize in Surgery. I became a healthcare provider to help babies, kids, and parents become healthier through surgery! As a former pediatric trauma patient, I was grateful for the care I received after a bad bicycle accident. I want our kids to have the same positive experience when they come to Children's Hospital! My patients can count on me to provide extraordinary care because I love building relationships with my patients and their families. By getting to know the kids and their likes and dislikes, I can help take care of them and make surgery less scary. My little something extra: I love to play soccer! I am reliving my college glory days on a coed team - we won the league championship this winter!

She was very helpful when coming in and helping us with our daughter's situation. She made it very clear that she wasn't telling us what to do with our child, but she was trying to help us and give us better recommendations that we can go by. She actually taught me a lot of new things that I didn't know about sickle cell. She taught me about the newest things that came for cure. what might could help my daughter. She was a great understander, a listener. She was not only talking, but she would listen to us. And she did so great in there and made me feel so comfortable and better. I walked in nervous. I didn't know what I was walking into, but she just made me feel like, Hey, I know her for years and she's known my daughter for years and that she's going to be in great hands with her. And I'm very, very thankful for her.

My granddaughter was seen within minutes of arrival. Dr. Zagory talked to both of us and explained the tests she would order to ensure that nothing serious was going on. Tests were completed in the same building that day. Couldn't have asked for better service.
