Jessica Patrick-Esteve, MD

Dr. Jessica Patrick-Esteve is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology at LSU Health Sciences Center and has been a neonatologist at Children's Hospital since 2015. Dr. Patrick was born and raised in New Orleans and received her medical education at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport followed by a pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship at LSUHSC-New Orleans. She holds certification from the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Patrick chose neonatology for the bonds built with her patients and their families while caring for the tiniest of critically ill patients. In addition to clinical duties, Dr. Patrick is the Assistant Pediatric Clerkship Director at LSUHSC and enjoys educating medical students during clinical rotations and through small group discussions. A little something extra: Dr. Patrick was a dancer with a local ballet company until medical school began and still performs with the company in the annual performance of The Nutcracker.
