Jessica M. Nguyen, PA saw my daughter who lost her finger tip in an accident, and treated her (and me) with so much care and respect. In a loving way she explained everything she was doing to my 9 yo who was stressed by the whole situation. We could not have asked for a better person to help us in this difficult time. She was amazing. She delivered some difficult news to my kid and I'll be forever grateful to her! She's fabulous.

The individuals at the registration desk display a lot of attitude and seem very impatient when I asked a question. This was at the welcome desk and registration desk. I'm not sure why they are so angry but that should be addressed. They are the first people we come in contact with and those two women I came in contact with gave me the impression to take my children somewhere else. The doctor and nursing staff within the department were amazing. The welcome desk and registration desk need further training on patient interaction.
