Jessica Gautreaux, MD

Dr. Jessica Gautreaux specializes in Child Neurology at Children's Hospital. She attended medical school and completed her residency training at LSU Health New Orleans. With more than five years of experience in Pediatric Neurology, Dr. Gautreaux is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with special qualification in Child Neurology. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Child Neurology at LSU Health New Orleans. On why she chose Pediatric Neurology as her specialty, Dr. Gautreaux said, "The nervous system is an interesting and complex system about which there is still much to learn, making the field of neurology challenging and likely to evolve throughout my career. I also enjoy the relationships that grow and develop with our patients and families, as many patients with neurological conditions require long-term for care."
