This provider was very helpful, informative, very open to what we had to say, listened to everything that we had to say, worked with what would be the better route to go with what would be best for the patient. Just very understanding, compassion, just real nice and professional, just real empathetic, just overall a real great provider. Love every time we actually go in for a visit because we always come out with even more better and informative, understanding, and actual great conversation, you know, took some better steps along our journey. So I'm grateful to have her.

Everything was great

This provider was great. The staff was great. The facility was great. What is awful is our systems and insurances here in the United States where it has taken over a week for me to get the medication that this provider wanted for my child. It is insane to me that someone can present with pain, a doctor can say this is what's necessary, and then it still take a week of pre-authorization for that. I know that's nothing that y'all can handle, but this is a feedback machine, so this is the feedback that I have. So y'all can pass it up some channels, amazing. If you can't, sorry you had to listen to it. But the provider was great. We will definitely use her again and recommend her. Thank you so much.
