Patients and families can count on me to be able to provide the level of care for others that I would for my own family. It is one of the greatest privileges of my life. I became a pediatrician because from a very young age, I felt a strong calling to become a doctor and have always considered my role in medicine a vocation rather than a job. For me, there is no greater reward in life than the opportunity to serve others, particularly in a patient's time of need or vulnerability.
My little something extra? While I am generally easy going, I have a competitive side! I love to play (and win!) games - anything from ball sports, board games, or yard games, you can count me in!.
