I would rate everything 10000/10 EVERYONE was friendly and sweet ! Actually mind blowing how fast everything went !! I would travel long distances every time to get this type of wonderful service!!

Excellent check in process extremely polite and kind staff at front, very punctual as well. Immediately called back, nurse super helpful, nice and understanding. Doctor Bankert was highly knowledgeable, understanding, and resourceful. Listened with compassion and respect. Great overall experience.

The staff was very professional and very courteous to my daughter who is also disabled. They were very gentle with her needs and understood her boundaries and whatnot. Overall they were 10 out of 10. Very amazing.

Dr. Bankert was very knowledgeable and also very personable, which I really appreciate coming from a medical background and working in a medical office. I do appreciate the knowledge that he had when it came to my daughter having NF1 and also how reassuring he was to us, as well as explaining future options we might have. 10 out of 10, I would recommend seeing Dr. Bankert to somebody else. Everything was done in a timely manner.

The doctor was really great and helpful. He went over everything and explained everything in great detail so I could understand it. He was very personable. He was great with my daughter. Also, we had another issue that we had dealt with three years prior to that. And we had, I, the parent, had never followed back up with it. And he was able to answer all of my questions. get the ball back rolling with that situation. And we actually got all of that resolved as well. And then we'll go back for a regular checkup. But he was really amazing and great with my daughter. And that's it. Thank you very much.

The office was very friendly. The pace was very swift and the provider was friendly. The provider also listened and did not seemed as if he was rushing.

Dr bankert and his nurse are so friendly and welcoming! They have a passion for what they do and always put the patient first! My child is so blessed to have an understanding and caring Dr like him. No concern is too little in their eyes!

I'm really glad that they have doctors that really care about our kids. I was so satisfied with all the doctors at Children's Hospital. I'm very grateful they have them and they need much more doctors like them to do other things other than for kids. I wish they had doctors for like the adults like that. But I'm very, very impressed. Staff and service was phenomenal!

From the time we walked in the building and met the receptionist who sent us up the elevator and we exited the elevator to the next receptionist, called to the back, seated, asked questions, saw the doctor, and back out for a checkout, every single person we encountered that worked for this facility was beyond friendly and genuinely nice, like not over the top. It just seemed like everybody was in a good mood, like they had a team meeting that morning or something. They got good news. I don't know why it was that way, but this was the first appointment that we've ever had that my son left and said, that was fun. So y'all please keep up the good work. I definitely, weirdly can say I enjoyed the visit. So keep up the good work, Dr. Bankert and your team.

Dr. Bankert is an excellent provider. We had an injury over the weekend and we were in his office on Monday. He took the time to explain the x-rays and care plan to us in a way that we could understand. I would strongly recommend him to all of our community, family and friends.

Excellent place to take the kids for treatment, Dr Bankert understands and explains things in a way that makes everything easy to understand, great customer service from everyone from the moment we walk in.

Dr. Eric was so professional and his listen to all of my concerns and made sure I understood everything. He is was even kind enough to answer questions about my own issues with my foot and gave me recommendations. He is so awesome and I appreciate the love that he has for his professional.
