I like how the provider had information for me and he presented it in a way that was easy to digest and to understand. He gave examples and then also, you know, the patient was a kid so he tried to really establish a relationship and develop a good rapport and to use a lot of humor even though my child was uncomfortable but he could tell and so he was adapting based on what the feedback that my kid was giving him because he was just scared to be in the hospital and so he tried to help with that and I like that.
