This provider is extremely good for long term care. They prepare kids for teen years and teens for adulthood.

My granddaughter did not meet with the provider. We were confused about the online call and I didn't realize that a text message was coming to me. So it wasn't really the doctor's fault. It's just that they did not inform us exactly how this appointment was supposed to be handled. Thank you.

My daughter loves her

Hello, the provider was pretty good. I did like her. She was pretty thorough explaining things to us. The only thing I think I had a problem with at the facility was the interruptions. There were a lot of interruptions with other staff and nurses or whoever it was kept coming in and out the room talking about other things that were going on elsewhere. and that interrupted our appointment. And then I know they probably needed her, but it was just really not a good thing. I've never seen that happen before with any doctor. So she was great, but the interruptions were just too much. They just kept coming in over and over again, trying to talk to her about other things. So I'm not sure if there wasn't another provider there that day, but that wasn't,

I probably would have done higher marks, even though the marks were high for Dr. Brooke. The only thing was we engaged more with the resident. And I'm sure, I know that's part of, you know, her training and everything. So it's hard to even give honest answers when we engage mostly with the resident. And then Dr. Brooke came in at the end. So that brief time she was there, She was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure that we understood the information we were getting. So for that, I did give high marks, but I would have, well, rather I anticipate, because I have young teenage girls, I anticipate maybe having more of a personable experience with her. It was hard to really connect with the doctor and my daughter, considering this was their first visit.

Amazing doctor and nurses ?

Brooke was very informative. She took her time with us. She made sure my granddaughter understood, as well as myself, everything that's going on and gave us different options for treatment.

We had a great experience during my daughter's visit. The nurse was kind and made her feel comfortable right away. The doctor was patient, thorough, and took time to answer all my questions. They both treated my daughter with care and respect. Highly recommend this office!

I had issues where I wanted to pay my co payment and last virtual visit and was unable to do so. There must be some system error. The front desk person really tried to resolve the issue. My payment owed did not come up.
