She listens to the patient, takes time and shows that she cares.

NP Brooke and [nurse name] were amazing, very patient, very gentle, knowledgeable, very accommodating. This was by far the best experience my 16year old and I could have experienced. More providers need to take notes on bedside manners from these two. Oh can't forget about the click staff that day everyone was so happy, and warm. We had the best appointment experience. I hope this is a norm for them at the Metairie location. Great job ladies!!!

This provider is extremely good for long term care. They prepare kids for teen years and teens for adulthood.

My granddaughter did not meet with the provider. We were confused about the online call and I didn't realize that a text message was coming to me. So it wasn't really the doctor's fault. It's just that they did not inform us exactly how this appointment was supposed to be handled. Thank you.
