About Brantlee McConaughey

I chose to specialize in pediatric endocrinology because I have lived with Type 1 Diabetes since I was 6 years old. Living with this condition is uniquely challenging for children and their families. I feel that using my life experience, combined with medical expertise, grants the perfect perspective to help children live healthy and happy lives while managing complex medical conditions.

My Little Something Extra:

I am an avid sports fan and love all sports related to LSU, especially football and baseball. I love attending tailgates and games with my wife, Haley, and our daughter, Amelia, as often as we can. Geaux Tigers!
