I felt that the doctor undermined my concern. About my child condition I walked away with no understanding. She's telling me that the things I wanted to get check can't happen. All I wanted was for more testing to be done so I can know what's going on with my son . She treated us poorly it was like she didn't want to care for us that is .first time getting treated that why from a child doctor.

Dr. Hider and her staff are very friendly, very professional, and very good with children. I would recommend them to anyone. The facility itself is comforting and warming and makes you feel like you have people you can trust.

The doctor was fantastic and is fantastic. This is our second visit with Dr. Hider and she was very professional, but at the same time was she professional, you felt like you were talking to a family member. Dr. Hider is an amazing doctor. She always listens, actively listens to what I have to say with regards to my son. And that is most definitely appreciated. Her bedside manner, just her guidance and wisdom inside of the medical field is top-notch. Like, I will never go to a different provider. So very appreciative to just who she is and the way that she serves me and I'm sure all of her clients.

I have been seeing, my son has been seeing Dr. Hider since he was a baby when she was at Napoleon Pediatrics. And we stay on the East Bank, but we still would, we still like to come and see Dr. Hider even when she moved over to the West Bank. My son is 13 years old now. He will always come back until we age out. So we'll be back in August for his appointment for his 14-year-old checkup.

She is patient and extremely thorough. She was able to answer all of my questions and my son's questions as well and explain his sickness to him in a way that made sense for him and also made him responsible for helping himself to get better and not to have the sickness again.

She's one of the best providers my child has had.
