My great grandson has been going to these doctors since birth. He's 15 yrs old. He's comfortable with all of them but he really likes Matt. It'll be hard to transfer him to another physician when that time comes.

She always listens carefully to what I have to say, and she always speaks to me in a manner in which I can understand about what's going on with my child, and she's always very concerned, and I feel as if she wants to treat my child as if she's her own. And to me, my child's health is very important, and she is the best doctor that we have ever had.

Dr. Totina has a terrific bedside manner. She speaks in ways that both the patient and parent can understand, answers questions thoroughly, explains the process and procedure and what she expects for things to be and how the patient either is meeting or not meeting those expectations and the plan of care. She follows up. to ensure that her expectations are correct and the diagnosis is that which it actually is. She was terrific, always has been, and we will continue to use her always.
