Hi, my feedback is that when we first got there, we were asked to come back at a rapid time, which is always a good thing to be called back fast, but we were rushed, extremely rushed, repeatedly rushed to fill out the paperwork. When trying to talk to the doctor, the issue that I had with her, paperwork-wise, she did good as far as what I needed for the school. But as far as trying to explain to her different things, like I said, we were rushed to do four pages back in front of paperwork for the same questions. She had the nerves even tell us that, that she was going to be asking the same questions that was on the paper, which means we could have just done this together instead of her making my son repeat the same things over and over. And then while we're trying to talk, she's speaking over us as if she can tell both of us of what's going on in our household regarding his health. So if she can work on actually listening and being more, you know, unrushed, making patients feel unrushed, then that would actually be better as far as for future references.

Dr. Rao has been my daughter's doctor for seven years from age seven on up, and she has consistently listened to, thought through, and given full body care for my daughter and her headaches and migraines. I really appreciate her and am always glad to have our next appointment with her because she has helped us all so much.

For me, Dr. Rao is a true professional. She treats us well, she takes care of us, she listens to us. Most importantly, she takes her time with us; she's never in a rush. She asks our daughter lots of questions, she asks us questions too, and we feel comfortable with her. Whenever we go, what I appreciate most is the time she dedicates to us. Thank you.

We have had several procedures done where our baby had to be sedated. This was by far the best experience we've ever had. I appreciated the child support person coming in and involving our girl in helping get her mask ready and picking out a smell for her mask. Putting the stickers on and doing those things put her at ease and in turn put me at ease is mama. Thank you, nurse [staff name] for sticking with my baby all the way through. Knowing she was not alone made it easier to handle.

Dr. Rao is the best! She has treated our son's migraines for years. She is up to date on the latest treatments and talks to our son on his level. 10/10!
