Dr. Neal Jackson did not review enough of the paperwork from treated me. He acted as if this was the first time ever seeing me, so he didn't review anything. He had an entire year since the moment I made the, scheduled the appointment, and then they gaslit me when I said, well, is that normal for my eyes to roll in the back of my head when ear is blown into my ear? He's like, well, eyes can't physically roll in the back of my head. Gaslighting me does not help diagnose me. He said he had a diagnosis back in 2020 whenever he canceled my appointment at the other facility. Now he's here and he's like, what, seven years later you expect me to know what I was saying? Yes, if he didn't have any notes, he could have just said he had no notes and we'd have to start over. But instead, he gaslit me, said he can't help me and that there was nothing else. He didn't even have all the documentation. He only had one test. They had several tests that they had done and he said he had a diagnosis back then. Could have been a phone call.

My appointment was at 3 o'clock and I didn't go to the back until 3:45. So it was too slow. That's it.

This Provider always takes his time. This provider never makes me feel rushed. This provider answers all my questions and helps me along with all the post op care I need. The staff were very friendly also!

Dr. Jackson has a great personality, and he really cares about you. He takes his time with you, and he is very genuine and caring and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Neal Jackson to anyone. He made me feel very comfortable, explained everything to what we understood. And the best part was he even gave us a site to go on to actually look at what he was going to do. It's amazing. We would recommend him to anybody in the world.

Great bedside manner.

I've had ear problems for a few years and have had issues with past providers mis diagnosing the problem, not listening when I try to explain what I'm experiencing and not being able to get me in effeciently when I experience a problem. This was not the case here I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Jackson was able to get me in quickly when I experienced an issue, listened to what I had to say and walked me through a plan to see how we would proceed. I am very appreciative of Dr Jackson and his staff.

Everything was great

Dr. Jackson was very attentive and said he would put in his notes what I've found helps my symptoms so, hopefully, the constant need to seek prior authorizations won't be necessary. He told me it was good to know what I had found to work for me.

Provider is very informative and very professional.

I love my doctor and have been a patient for 5plus years. He is very specialized in what he does and has done surgery on me twice in the past five years. I am very, very upset and disappointed that LCMC will no longer be taking my health insurance United health. I don't know how I will find another doctor as good as Dr Jackson and I really hope LCMC will consider United healthcare again because you'll be losing lots of business.

So thankful for this physician's direction and honesty. Deeply appreciated the kindness of his staff. Super friendly and helpful people.

I thought he was a little quick to recommend surgery once again. I left with an infected ear and never received any medication to control it. Two months I have to wait for surgery.
