Dr. Michael Hagmann was very great, friendly, and he had great bedside manner, made it very knowledgeable and understanding to humans that are not in the medical field. Very great with children as well.

Dr. Hagmann is one of the most accomplished pediatric ENT surgeons in the region. Besides being highly intelligent and knowledgeable, he also has a wonderful bedside demeanor, making both parent and child feel at ease.

We were seen right away. [Provider name] was very professional and friendly. She greeted both me and my son with a smile gave her name and title. She and the entire staff were all engaging when speaking with my son. Dr. Hagmann was great listened to my concerns. He too was very engaging when conversing with my son. The entire staff was awesome. Very refreshing to see so many smiles so early in the morning. Keep up the great work!
